The course prepares the participants with general understanding of 7 Management tools with
ability to apply in given situations.
Process
The modules of this course include:
- history of evolution of 7 Management tools
- relation between Management tools and 7 QC tools
- expectation of new tools in present & future TQM activities
- conditions required for adopting 7 management tools for QC
- Case study of application The course is based on theoretical presentation, group work and
case studies
