B. G. Verma is a Mechanical Engineer with over 32 years of work experience. He is an IRCA registered Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 QMS.

He has worked for Yamaha Motor India Ltd. (1978-2000) as Sr. Manager in the “System Up gradation Services” with a responsibility to upgrade the suppliers to ISO 9001 & TS 16949. Also worked in materials department for vendor development & consolidation and in Industrial Engineering department worked on the method study, material handling, lay outing and cost estimation of parts. Worked in process Engineering department. 

He also worked with Ordinance Factory, Jabalpur in purchase department for two years.

He has assisted more than 200 companies during his working in the consultancy organization known as QUALISYS for ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and SA 8000 certification in India. He was also actively involved in the implementation of these products and has assisted clients namely Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, Yamaha Motor India Ltd., Railways suppliers , Cosco India Limited , Seitz Technologies, Kadimi Tools, Woodward Governers and many others. He has conducted over 150 Audits in these companies before handing over to Certification Bodies.  

He is working with TQM international Pvt. Ltd. Since October 2005 and is also responsible for development of new standard product i.e. Food Safety Management System including conduct of training programs and counseling. He conducts audits as per customer requirements recently conducted audit for Honda Seil Car India, Schnieder Electric and their dealers. He is currently assisting AIMIL instrumentation Ltd. For lean management system, Motorola suppliers for PSO audits, ISO 9001 & 5-S implementation at Gopal Group.
