Purpose & Outcome

To develop an understanding of “Tools for Continuous Improvement” as described in QS 9000 standard and application.

By the end of the course, participants would be able to:

  • Understand Continuous Improvement
  • Various tools and possible application
  • Identify tools for their company's needs

Process

Through presentation, workshop and case studies, participants would be provided :

  • an overview of QS 9000 and its co-relation with Continuous Improvement.
  • brief overview of CI Tools like benchmarking, cost of Quality, Cp/Cpk, Design of
    Experiments, etc. as specified.
  • application of C.I. tools
  • cases of application in different companies.
