Purpose & Outcome
To develop an understanding of “Tools for Continuous Improvement” as described in QS 9000
standard and application.
By the end of the course, participants would be able to:
- Understand Continuous Improvement
- Various tools and possible application
- Identify tools for their company's needs
Process
Through presentation, workshop and case studies, participants would be provided :
- an overview of QS 9000 and its co-relation with Continuous Improvement.
- brief overview of CI Tools like benchmarking, cost of Quality, Cp/Cpk, Design of
Experiments, etc. as specified.
- application of C.I. tools
- cases of application in different companies.
