Since joining TQMI in 1995, Mr. Dubey has been facilitating Total Quality Management, Lean Management and Six Sigma initiatives at various industries in India and Middle East. His ability to integrate different quality systems, emerging from east and west, for offering customized business solutions to his clients differentiates him from all others. He is credited with development of a unique model for Lean Supply Chain for TATA NANO Car which was implemented as an integral part of New Product Introduction to realize the dream of unique Indian Car at never before price point. He had developed and deployed customized Lean Model to support VODAFONE's global lean Initiative, FAST FORWARD, to improve service quality while lowering operational cost. He is a mechanical engineer, with hands on practice of TQM at Bharat Electronics Ltd, from 1985 to 1995.
Mr. Dubey had great honor of having a GEMBA WALK with Lean Sensei Jim Womack and John Shook. He is currently assigned with the task of promoting “Lean Thinking” through “Lean Management Institute of India”; which is an affiliate of “Lean Global Network” operational in 18 countries. He had the privilege of working with TQM Sensei Prof. KANO & Prof. KUME, winners of Deming Prize for their contribution to TQM worldwide. He is proud to chair sessions at “First Congress of Asian Network of Quality” at Beijing (2003). He is a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, and is credited with publication of two international papers, “Customer Value Management through Six Sigma” and “How to make Six Sigma work for you”. He was instrumental in TQMI collaboration with Motorola University and customizing Six Sigma delivery process to suit Indian environment.
He had been part of TQMI's study missions to Japan on TQM_TPM_TPS, where he could understand finer details that make TQM implementation sustainable. He has facilitated a Lean Study Mission to TOYOTA plant in India for understanding various aspects of Lean Management. He had facilitated effective implementation of QC Circle & 5S at Madura Garments, supporting the Birla Group initiative of World Class Manufacturing (WCM); today Madura Garments is an undisputed brand leader in their product category. He had the privilege of facilitating Six Sigma roll out at IBM Global Services India which has given them an edge over their competitors. His Lean Initiative at KSB pumps had resulted into many fold improvement in productivity and inventory turns of selected product line resulting into clearing of months of backlog.
While facilitating various initiatives at different clients he had developed an in-depth knowledge of various tools through their right selection and practical applications; Stratification, Comparative Analysis, Ishikawa Diagram, Why-Why Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, Mistake Proofing, APQP, PPAP, SQC, SPC, FMEA, MSA, Control Plan, FTA, QFD, Six Thinking Hats, Seven QC Tools and Management tools, Current and Future Value Stream Mapping along with various tools to create level and pull for single piece flow.

While serving in Bharat Electronics Ltd, he had managed and co-coordinated production, installation and field deployment of complex Air Surveillance and Satellite Communication Systems. He had been instrumental in absorption of technology and standards from West European organizations. His projects on process standardization, value engineering and Quality Cost were well appreciated. He had been part of various cross functional teams for enhancing customer experience. Developing new concepts & models through original research is a way of life for him.
