Mr. Kalyan Mandke is a Mechanical Engineer and Post graduate in Management from Pune University.

He is a certified auditor for ISO - 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2002, OHSAS 18001:1999, the VDA 6.1 & 6.3 Standards and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Before joining TQM International (TQMI), he has 22 years of experience in the automobile industry having worked for Force Motors Ltd, Spaco Carburettors Ltd etc. in Production, Quality and Project Management functions.  For 5 years he was involved in TQM related work with Force Motors Ltd a manufacturer of UV/LCV/HCV.

He has successful experience in the full life cycle implementation of ISO - 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2002, OHSAS 18001:1999 and the VDA 6.3 Quality Systems.

He has been a trainer for ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and 7 tools of problem solving etc.

He has hands on experience in TQM and has taken a strong & active initiative in promoting and supporting the practices of TQM under the able guidance of      Prof. M. Iwasaki of Japan. This included the implementation of Quality Circles, Kaizen, SPC, Daily Work Management and 5S etc.

In his earlier assignments he was active in the Supplier Quality Improvement Program auditing companies such as Goetze India, Karmobile, Vibromech Industries, Kross International, Precision Camshaft etc.

At TQMI, he has worked with TACO group companies such as Tata Toyo, Tata Ficosa, Tata Visteon and Endurance group companies such as Endurance Technologies and Endurance Systems as part of Tata Motors’ small car Supplier Capability Development Program. He has conducted training for TS Core Tools and Problem solving at Tata Motors Ltd and Eicher Motors Ltd.
