L.Murali  has done his B.E.(Mechanical) from Madurai Kamaraj University and Diploma in Industrial Safety from Annamalai University, passed in First Class and carries with him more than 15 years of work experience.

Murali had worked in various organisations like Simco Engg. Ltd(Light Engg.), GHCL Ltd.(Heavy Chemicals), Kirloskar Pneumatic Co.Ltd.(Compressor) and Vijai Electricals(Transformer)  in various departments like Production Engg., Maintenance, Quality Management and Quality Assurance. His work experience includes Work Study, Maintenance, Implementation and Establishment of Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 17025), Key person for Kaizen Movement and companywide Cost Reduction Projects,  MIS, Training, Problem solving on various issues of Customer Complaints, Shop rejections, Reduction of wastages of soda ash by applying various Statistical Tools, getting CE Marking for one of the products and various special studies as per the requirement of the organisation. 

He worked at the capacity of HOD-QA and Management Representative.  Before joining TQMI he was working in another Consultancy firm where in he was instrumental in implementing OHSAS 18001:2007 system in Integral Coach Factory, Chennai.

In TQMI he counselled Timken India Ltd. for integration of ISO 9001:2008 manual with EMS and OHSMS, counselled Mitsubishi India and Indian Oversees Bank(IT Dept.) for revision of Quality manual in line with ISO 9001:2008, gave awareness training on OHSAS and EMS for Senior Managers and Chief Managers in National Aluminium Co. Ltd., gave one day session on ISO 9001:2008 transition to Indian Oversees bank and other industries, one day awareness training on ISO/TS 16949:2009 to a Hyundai supplier, awareness on Lean for Vodafone and Saint Gobain. He had also developed awareness course material for TL9000 standard which is being used by other counsellors in some telecom companies. At present he is working on Consultancy projects of Integrated Management System (QMS,EMS,OHSMS) for Indian Oil Corporation, ISO 14001 in Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and ISO 9001 in United Alacrity.

Murali is a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008, Lead Auditor for ISO 14001, Internal Auditor for ISO/TS/16949:2009, Certified Kaizen-Lean Champion(in line with Toyota Production System), Assessor for CII-Exim bank Business Excellence Award Model, Motorola certified Six Sigma Green Belt and also underwent Six Sigma Black Belt Training.
