Mr. P.A.Rajashekar is a Mechanical Engineer from Karunya Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu in 1993.

He is a certified auditor for ISO - 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2002 and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Before joining TQM International (TQMI), he has 14 years of experience in the Automobile industry having worked for M/s. Bharat Forge Ltd, a flagship
Company of the US $1.50 billion Kalyani Group, Pune and Shardlow India Ltd., a member of Amalgamations group of Companies.

His professional experience:

• Effective  implementation of ISO - 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2002 .
• MRR for ISO / TS 16949: 2002
• PPAP submission and Approval from Customers
• Team Leader for APQP Project.
• Good hands on experience on the implementation of  Kaizen, SPC, Daily Work Management and 5S etc
• Resolving Quality issues at Customer / Supplier end by taking  Appropriate Corrective and Preventive  action.
• Taking Pro-active improvements for any Customer Complaints &   In – Process Rejections analysis through PTC (Protect The Customer)
• Implementing Action plan for PPM Reduction & Warranty Failures.
• Preparing Action plan, monitor & review progress to ensure Customer PPM is under control.
• Determining and implementing actions needed and monitoring the results of Corrective action.

At TQMI, he has worked with Lucas TVS, Continental, BEHR India Ltd, Gabriel India Ltd, Amtek, Tata Yazaki, Shutham Electric Ltd, Supreme Treves Ltd., Exotek, Sharda Motors as part of Tata Motor’s small car Supplier Capability Development Program.
