Vikram Mehan is a Mechanical Engineer with over 28 years of work experience. He is an IRCA registered Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 QMS and trained auditor for ISO/TS 16949.

He has worked for Yamaha Motor India Ltd. (1979-99) as Divisional Manager in the Quality Assurance Department with responsibility of own/bought out parts quality including engine and vehicle assembly. He was also heading “System Upgradation Services” department with a responsibility to get its own division as well 50 suppliers certification to ISO:9001 & TS:16949. He was constantly interacting with Top Management for up gradation of Yamaha Motor India Ltd. systems in line with Yamaha Motor Company (Japan).

He has assisted more than 200 companies during his working in the consultancy organization known as QUALISYS for ISO:9000, ISO/TS:16949 ISO:14001, OHSAS:18001 and SA:8000 certification in India. He was also actively involved in the training and implementation of these products and has assisted clients namely Delhi Metro, Yamaha Motor India Ltd., Alpha Toyo, Eco Auto Components, Dynamic Fashions, Continental Engines, BOTIL India Tools Ltd., Panasonic and many others. He has conducted over 150 Audits in these companies before handing over to Certification Bodies.

He joined TQM International Pvt. Ltd. in year 2005 and is responsible for development of new standard products including conduct of training programs and counseling. Besides assisting several companies on standard Products he is currently assisting companies namely KSB Pumps (Pune) and Kadimi PCC tools Ltd. (Gurgaon) for TPM.
