 Process Management LLC is a US based consulting company started by Lou Schultz. He engaged
Dr. W. Edwards Deming and Charles Bicking to help improve the performance of the company for which he was employed. After three years of working with them and seeing the results, he formed Process Management to help other companies and continued to learn from them. The three pronged approach strategy, process improvement / innovation and behavior does indeed result in optimized and sustained performance improvement.
