Anil is currently Sr. Vice President with TQMI. His areas of expertise include Daily work management, Problem solving, Six Sigma, Lean Management, New Product development and Design for Six Sigma

He has been working on Six Sigma product development for over nine years. He is leading and participating in many other Six Sigma Implementation Teams of TQMI working with various clients like Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd., Tata BPO, Tata Chemicals Ltd., Tata SSL, E-serve International etc., ABN Amro Bank and Moser Baer to name a few. He has facilitated the implementation of more than 500 Six Sigma/ Lean Six Sigma/ DFSS projects.

He has helped several companies in different aspects of quality management, including Maruti Udyog, Mahindra & Mahindra, SKF Bearings, Bombay Dyeing, Yamaha Motors, Whirlpool of India, Hero Honda, Hindalco, TATA SSL, HCL-HP, NIIT, Samtel Group, Motorola India and Eicher Group in India. He has also been actively associated with quality initiatives of few large companies overseas, including SKF Bearings - Japan & Malaysia; Dubai Aluminium Company; Emirates Refining Co., Sharjah; and Siemens, Indonesia.

Anil has also assisted select organizations in their journey towards Deming Prize like SRF Limited, Tata Steel, Mahindra & Mahindra (Farm Equipment division) etc. The intervention is typically under the guidance of renowned Japanese Consultants like Prof. N. Kano, Prof. Y. Ando, Prof. H. Kume and Prof. Y. Washio.

Anil started his career with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (1983-1992) with responsibilities of carrying out quality improvement projects and development & assessment of Quality Systems.

Anil started training & consultancy work in 1992 with TQM Division of Confederation of Indian Industry, New Delhi. He joined TQM International Pvt. Ltd. in 1996 as a Counsellor and is presently responsible for Business Solutions and Standard Product divisions of TQMI.

Anil Sachdev is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University (1983), M. Tech in Industrial Engineering from IIT-Delhi (1988) and holds Advance Diploma in Enterprise Management from AIMA, Delhi (2001).

Anil is also a qualified QA Engineer & QA trainer from RWTUV, Germany, a registered Lead Auditor for ISO 9000 Quality System with IRCA, UK and is qualified assessor for EFQM model of business excellence.
He has undergone one year special training in SQC & OR from Indian Statistical Institute, Chennai (1984), is a qualified Black Belt for Six Sigma from Multiface Inc., USA (1999) and qualified Master Black Belt from TQMI – Bluefire Partners Inc., USA (2002). He is also a qualified Trainer for Motorola University Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt & Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) trainings and also for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt. Anil has also attended training on Toyota Production Systems & daily activity management by Komatsu Career Creations, Japan. Anil is also qualified trainer and facilitator for Lean Manufacturing by  Motorola University.
