Program Overview
Champions learn how to manage Six Sigma effectively. In this training they focus on Six Sigma tools and methods, and review situations where the tools can be applied within improvement projects. The program content provides a high-level view of the training delivered to Black Belt / Green Belt candidates. Champions will be able to

Sigma Progress.
- Understand the DMAIC model and associated tools
- Application for improvement tools and understand
how to review the projects.
- Use templates for toll-gate reviews.
