Awareness & Implementation Training :

This training provides in addition to an overview of the requirements of the standard, clause wise interpretation to appreciate the actual requirements. At the end of the training a clear picture emerges to plan for implementation considering all the relevant factors.

EMS IMPLEMENTATION Purpose & Outcome

The purpose of this basic awareness course is to explain the concept behind Environment and its importance relating to future business activities. The strategic importance of Environmental Management Standards will be discussed, along with its principles, core elements and essentials. This is a shortened version of our 2 days Introduction to EMS Course.

By the end of the course the delegates would be able to :

  • Apreciate the effect environmental considerations will have on their future business.
  • Understand the essence of current environmental standards ISO 14000.
  • Be able to initiate action regarding Manage- ment Planning to meet the future legislation requirements for environmental standards and targets.
 
Documentation :

The training on documentation is primarily to give the inputs to identify the various documents and the method of structuring the documentation with all requisite details facilitating implementation. The detailing of documentation being the important aspect of the system, this training provides all necessary inputs for effective documentation.

An EMS is a comprehensive process to identify, prioritize, and manage an organization’s environmental aspects and impacts. A successful EMS improves environmental protection, reduces total cost of environmental management, and improves productivity.

Internal Auditor Training :

The two day training is to provide all inputs regarding the internal auditing techniques and to effectively report the audit findings with a view to enhance the effectiveness of the system. The examples and exercises built in this training are very useful to the auditors to understand the total concept

The purpose of this course is to prepare the candidates for undertaking internal audit of the established Environmental Management System to ISO 14001 Standard. ADVANCED EMS AUDITORS TRAINING :

Auditor/Lead Auditor Training: IEMA registered five day EMS lead auditor training is intended to provide a total knowledge on how to plan, coordinate and conduct the audits .This course extensively built on case studies, exercises and group work drives the concept of audits very strongly with the purpose of continuously maintaining the system effectiveness and constantly making improvements. This course based on the latest IEMA syllabus, gives the auditors variety of inputs to make the audit system very strong and efficient in meeting the objectives of EMS implementation.

Purpose & Outcome

To provide the delegates the necessary inputs in terms of knowledge and skills for the effective audit of environmental Management System. The concept of Environment and its management will be discussed, in particular relation to auditing as an internal requirement and as a third party certification requirement.

By the end of the course the delegates would be able to

  • Develop an implementation plan for the installation of EMS in their respective units
