1992
  • Year of establishment
  • BSIEstablished a contract with British Standards Institution (BSI), UK and started providing training programs for Lead Auditors and Internal Auditors on Quality management Systems ISO 9000.
  • In addition provided training and consultancy for QMS to industry in India and started training and consultancy in TQM
1993

  • Established a contract with RWTUV, Germany and provided 4 week Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) Training Programs in India. First time such programs were offered in India
1994
  • Opened office in Pune and Bangalore
  • Started cluster approach to guide group of companies for process improvement
1995
  • TQMIEstablished a contract with Westinghouse Electric Corporation Inc. – Productivity & Quality Center to offer training and consultancy services for Business Process Reengineering, Total Quality Management, Customer Value Management (Value Edge) and Westinghouse Technology for Improvement of Processes (WESTIP)
  • Opened offices in Mumbai and Chennai
  • Obtained accreditation from IRCA, UK for TQMI’s training programs on QMS Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor
  • Started program in Supplier / Vendor Development
1996
  • Started offering services in the UAE in the Middle East for QMS and BPR
  • Established training programs with Marquardt Associates, USA to provide advanced training in Design of Experiments
    
1997
  • Established contract with Komatsu Career Creation Ltd. a subsidiary of Komatsu Ltd. for providing training and consultancy in Total Quality Management with a focus on Policy Management and Daily Work Management
  • Started training and consultancy in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Established TQMI office in UAE
1998
KCC
  • Started TQM/TPM/TPS Study Missions to Japan through KCC
  • Started providing consultancy services under the guidance of Prof Yositoshi Washio for Deming Application Prize to Lucas TVS Ltd. and Mahindra & Mahindra – Farm equipment Sector
  • Started providing consultancy services under the guidance of Prof. Hitoshi Kume for Deming Application Prize to SRF Ltd.
1999

  • Established IEMA, UK accredited training programs for Internal Auditor and Lead Auditors for Environment Management Systems
  • Started providing consultancy services under the guidance of Prof. Hitoshi Kume for Deming Application Prize to SRF Ltd.
  • Established training programs with Dr. Hans Bajaria, USA for Problem Solving Process
2000
  • First company in India to start training and consultancy for QS 9000 systems development and certification. This included the Core Tools
  • started offering first in India services related to ISO18001 / OHSAS for Occupational Health and Safety
2001
  • Established a contract with Bluefire Partners Inc, USA for providing Six Sigma Training in India for Green Belt and Black Belt
  • Training and consultancy in HACCP
  • Training and consultancy in Supply Chain Management (SCM)

  • Started training and consultancy for Tata Steel under the guidance of Prof. Noriaki Kano for guidance on preparing for challenging Deming Application Prize
2006
  • MotorolaStarted services with MU for Design for Six Sigma (DFSS)
  • Started training for ISO22000 / HACCP for Food Safety Management System
2007
NANO
  • Started services with MU for Lean Six Sigma
  • Started work with Tata Motors on the NANO project to work with their suppliers to ensure quality, cost and delivery of Mission Critical Parts
