The purpose of this course is to prepare the candidates for undertaking Audits for all 3 standards as one. It is expected that the participants who attend this course would already have some exposure to the standards separately.
The participants would be able to:
Understand the application of Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems & OHSAS as one.
understand the importance of auditing within QMS, EMS , OHSAS
Understand the responsibilities of QMS, EMS & OHSAS auditors.
be able to collect and analyses evidence, exercising objectivity,
be able to evaluate and report the results of an audit,
be able to plan, organise and conduct an internal audit to check the implementation and effectiveness of QMS, EMS & OHSAS.
By the end of the course, participants would be able to:
• Plan an audit for Quality Management System, Safety, Health & Environment.
• Identify non conformities.
• Report nonconformities
• Verify corrective actions.
Process
Through presentations, workshops and role play participants would be :
provided an overview of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
Shown how to plan and perform auditing /report nonconformities /(verify/audit corrective actions).
The course ends with a test. Appropriate TQMI certificates are issued to participants.
