Quality Management System, Safety, Health and Environment Internal Auditor Training Course Based on ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Upgraded and Aligned with ISO 19011:2002)

Purpose & Outcome

The purpose of this course is to prepare the candidates for undertaking Internal Audits of the established Quality Management System to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Standard. It is expected that the participants who attend this course would already have sufficient knowledge of all the Standards.

The participants would be able to :

• understand the application of Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems & OHSAS.
• understand the importance of internal auditing within QMS, EMS, OHSAS
• understand the responsibilities of QMS, EMS & OHSAS internal auditors.
• be able to collect and analyse evidence, exercising objectivity,
• be able to evaluate and report the results of an internal audit,
• be able to plan, organise and conduct an internal audit to check the implementation and effectiveness of QMS, EMS & OHSAS.

By the end of the course, participants would be able to:

• Plan an audit for Quality Management System, Safety, Health & Environment.
• Identify non conformities.
• Report nonconformities
• Verify corrective actions.

Process

Through presentations, workshops and role play participants would be :

• provided an overview of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Shown how to plan and perform auditing /report nonconformities /(verify/audit corrective actions).

The course ends with a test. Appropriate certificates are issued to participants.

Schedule : 0900 to 1700 Hrs. (Day-I),
                0900 to 1645 Hrs. (Day-II)
