Purpose & Outcome
Participants from organizations who are keen in migrating from the 1994 version to ISO 9000 Series of
standards as per 2000 version,and those organizations desirous to implement ISO9001:2000 need to
know the process based approach and the method to map the processes.
As the new standard necessiates the measurement and monitoring of all the business processes with a
view to demonstrate continual improvement,TQMI has developed this unique course to give all the
required to inputs regarding the process mapping techniques.Those who are willing to take this
opportunity are welcome to this course, where an in-depth knowledge is provided to participants to ,
- Identify and map all processes,
- Identify the interaction between various processes,
- Identify the control points for different activities of any process,

Process
During the training,through tutorials,exercises and group presentations, all participants will be
provided with sufficient knowledge and skill to convert or write their QM system processes as
required by ISO9001:2000 standard.Sample process maps will be made available as handouts for
subsequent references.The group exercise will facilitate the participants in identifying processes and
also to determine their interaction.
Who Should Attend ?
The participants are required to be responsible in their organization for the documentation preparation
and subsequent implementation.
