Awareness & Implementation Training :

To provide an in depth knowledge on the various requirements of the standard and the understanding for the implementation. This training provides the opportunity for understanding the requirements, identifying the processes, sequencing them and deciding their interaction to make the QMS effective. Depending on the requirements of the organization the duration and the contents can betailored to individual needs. At the end of the training the organization is clear in the basic concepts and the process to be adopted for implementation.

Internal Auditor Training :

An unique course designed and offered to train a pool of internal auditors who will be regularly used to measure the system compliance and effectiveness. The NABET registration adds value in terms of its coverage, syllabus and the certificates with NABET registration number. This two day training provides immense value to the organization in conducting effective internal audits and the management gets regular updates on the system compliance.

Purpose & Outcome

To ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of the Quality Management System in conformance with ISO 9001:2008 standards so as to provide confidence to the customer, the management and the third party certification body. This is a National Accreditation Board for education & Training (NABET) registered course wide Registration No. IQ92 102 and satisfies part requirement for audit registration.

Auditor / Lead Auditor Training :

A five-day intensive training ,registered with NABET ,very useful to plan, conduct, manage audits in any organization with live case studies and number of exercises built in is offered .This course provides valuable inputs to the coordinators, M R’s in the conduct of audits more effectively than the Internal Auditors Training. TQMI is conducting regular open and in-house trainings and has trained many auditors for large number of organizations.

Purpose & Outcome

Regular auditing to ensure effective & efficient operation of Quality Management System in conformance with ISO 9001:2008. The training intended to provide all the inputs for auditors/lead auditors for conducting audits within their organisation and /or pursuing second and third party external audits. QMS Transition Auditor Training

Purpose & Outcome

• With the introduction of ISO 9001:2008 series of standards, organizations & auditors requiring up gradation need to attend this training to plan their strategies for system up-gradation auditors and lead auditors wishing to conduct audits to the new standards have to upgrade themselves immediately.
• Audits conducted against the criteria for new standards will only be accepted for certification from those who have successfully completed this training. All auditors intending to maintain NABET auditor certification including certification to any of the sector schemes based on the ISO 9000 series are required to complete transition training as a part of CPD (Continuous Professional Development).
• Transition training is mandatory due to the fact that ISO 9001:2008 series of standards differ significantly from the earlier version.
• Clear understanding of changes in the documentation and inputs on process approach is the unique offering of this training.

QMS Process Mapping Training

Purpose & Outcome
