Venue
Course venues are first class hotels with adequate
training facilities in all locations which create
a good ambience to the participants during the training.
Participants will be notified about the exact venue
well in advance of the course on receipt of the written
confirmation.Course timings and other requirements
will also be intimated on registration.

Material
Exhaustive course material designed in an user-friendly
manner will be provided to all participants.Case studies,
workbooks, handouts are also provided to all as per
specific needs of each course
Certificates
All the participants will receive a certificate either
for successful completion or for attendance as per
each course criteria. The courses which are registered
with bodies such as IRCA,IEMA, bear the registration
number with these bodies which the participants can
proudly demonstrate as their additional qualification.The
certificates will be issued within two weeks of completion
of the programme subject to receipt of payments.
Course
Fee
Please contact the nearest TQMI office for fee for
a specific course. Course fees include,lunches,refreshments,and
stay arrangements in case of residential programmes.
Payment in full through cheque payable to TQM INTERNATIONAL
PVT.LTD., along with duly filled in REGISTRATION form
is desired prior to attending the course.

Cancellation
Policy
In case of any last minute inability of confirmed
participant,the nomination can be transferred to their
colleagues.However in case of total inability to participate,either
the nomination can be referred to next course or a
refund can be made provided advance intimation is
given to TQMI.
TQMI reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any
programme in the event of minimum registration requirements
are not met.Fees received for the cancelled courses
will be either refunded or adjusted against future
participation.
