TQMI Association As Six Sigma gained popularity in the West, TQMI was probably the first to publicly offer training and consultancy on this subject in India in 1998. It aligned with Blue-fire Partners from USA in 2001 and was sought by Motorola University for jointly offering these services in India in 2003. This created an opportunity for TQMI to work with many well known multinational organizations in India further enhancing its competencies.
