Amit Chauhan is graduate from Delhi University (1999), post graduate in Business Administration (MBA, 2002) from Birla Institute of Management (BIMTECH) and post graduate in computer administration (MCA, 2006) from SMU University with first division. He has been a qualified trainer for Green Belt, Black Belt for LEAN and Six sigma. He has conducted many training programs on requirement management, quality management system, , Information Security (ISO 27001), Capability Maturity Models (CMMI), Business Process Re-engineering and Business Process Management in India and abroad. He was the speaker of International Colloquium on High Maturity Processes. He is LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certified from Motorola University.
Amit joined TQM International Pvt. Ltd. in 2011 and is presently working as counselor. Before becoming part of TQMI, he worked as senior process consultant in SIEMENS and led various consulting assignments in India and Europe related to process management, business process re-engineering and quality standards implementation. Amit is Certified Assessment Team Members (STM). He led SIEMENS for High Maturity level CMMI ML4 and Information security (ISO 27001) in year 2010. He has implemented ISO 9001: 2000, Capability Maturity Model (CMMI) maturity level 4 in WNS Trinity which is a leading Business Process Management company in India.
In past twelve years, Amit has been involved in understanding organization vision and supported them during their journey to establish quality management system. Amit has been involved with “Continental” to standardize their processes for all 30 locations.
Amit has guided many companies like SIEMENS, WNS Trinity, Nagarro Software, ADONIS Designs Pagesoutherland Page and TaxCon India Pvt. Ltd during their journey for process standardization and improvement. He has established Balance Score Card, Process Performance Baseline Reports in many IT and ITES companies. Balance Score Card translates organization vision into organization strategy. With the help of Process Baseline Report, organizations understand their current capability level and plan continuous improvement initiatives. Amit led Metric Council group in WNS Trinity and SIEMENS to align process and quality driven initiatives with bottom line benefits of the these organization.
Amit has rich experience in establishing Process Prediction Models as per organization vision. With the help of Process Prediction Models, organizations can simulate the process performance much before implementing the processes. This results in to save cost, efforts and poor quality.
