Program Overview
The Six Sigma Green Belt Certification program provides participants with an overview of Six Sigma as well as key concepts associated with effective project teams. Green Belt receives a subset of the more comprehensive Black Belt curriculum.
Program Participants
Department Managers, Project Leaders, Senior officers and anyone who desires an understanding of Six Sigma Principles and skills. They are employees at all levels who serve as high performing team members on Black Belt Project teams or as leaders on projects that do not require Black Belt level of analytical rigor.
