Has taken a strong & active initiative in promoting and facilitating the practices of TQM and LEAN including the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance, 5S, Quality Circles, Focused Improvement, Kaizen, SPC, Daily Work Management, Problem solving process, etc.
- Helped companies achieve significant improvement in productivity and quality while reducing cost through Lean approach. As an active member of the Supplier Capability Enhancement Teams for various OEMS helping suppliers achieve the stringent quality demands of the customer through the establishment of Quality Systems and use of various techniques such as Problem solving process, Process Mapping, Process capability analysis, Measurement Capability analysis, 5S, Daily Work Management to name a few.
